1. Registration

In order to register, the customer must fill in the mandatory fields of the registration form and must provide correct information. The customer receives  a notification and the registration can be activated by clicking on the validation link provided in the notification. Registration-activation must be done within 24 hours, or the  activation link becomes invalid. The customer does not constitute as registered until activation. The customer is notified about successful registration.

The recorded data can be checked, altered or deleted by the customer any time.

After registration, the customer can enter gabroni.com with his/her email address and password.

2. Prices

Prices indicated on gabroni.com are inclusive of VAT, but exlusive of any discount, shipping cost and other, possible fees (eg.: cash on delivery fee). The price to be paid is the price displayed on gabroni.com at the time of ordering. Gabroni Kft. reserves the right to change the prices, costs, charges and the applied exchange rate indicated on gabroni.com website unilaterally, at any time.

3. Currencies, exchange rates

The purchase price of the products, the transportation costs and any other fees are payable in HUF or EUR. Cash payment (COD) must be done in HUF. In case of online credit card payment: if the purchaser charges his bank account whereat currency differs from the above mentioned ones, the financial institution maintaining the account charges it with the corresponding value in HUF or EUR. Gabroni.com indicates its prices shown in EUR in accordance with the indicated HUF prices. Current valid exchange rate is shown in the "Shipping costs, other fees and conditions" chart on gabroni.com.

4. Loyalty discounts

Non-registered customers do not receive discounts. Those who register automatically receive 5% discount from the price of each product.

Discounts for registered customers are also valid for discounted packages and kit prices. The rate of discount for registered customers increases contiously and automatically, in proportion with the total value of purchases, with a ceiling of  20%. The discount given at every new purchase is based on the total value of previous purchases. Shipping costs are not included in the total value of purchases. Loyalty discounts and related purchase amounts are indicated in the "Customer loyalty discounts" chart.

5. Shipping costs and discounts

Shipping cost is determined by the packaged (gross) weight of the products and the delivery area, i.e.: the destination country. In case of handmade products, the packaged (gross) weight indicated on gabroni.com may differ from the actual packed (gross) weight of the shipped products. The customer accepts that shipping cost calculation is based on the packaged (gross) weight indicated on gabroni.com. Accordingly, the customer must pay the shipping cost calculated on the basis of the packaged (gross) weight indicated on gabroni.com. Gabroni Kft. cannot accept claims arising from the difference between the indicated and the actual weights.

Delivery cost may be reduced on the basis of the value of the purchase. Shipping costs and discounts dependent on the value of the order are indicated in the "Shipping costs, fees and conditions" chart.

6. Method of shipment, deadlines, dates

Products ordered on gabroni.com get dispatched by courier service; collection in person is not possible. In case of exeptional cases (eg.: specialities), Gabroni Kft. reserves the right to deliver the products in person to avoid damaging. The cost of direct delivery is equal to the cost of courier delivery, as indicated in the " Shipping cost, fees and conditions" chart.

Delivery time of products ordered on gabroni.com is 1-10 business days, depending on stock and destination country. This means that the customer receives the ordered products within 10 working days after we have received official confirmation of the order. Gabroni Kft. notifies the customer of possible delays within this deadline. The customer then has the right to cancel his/her order ('Modification of Order, Cancellation ') before we dispatch; likewise, he/she has the right to withdraw from the order ('Claims, withdrawal'). Gabroni Kft. does not accept financial or other claims (liquidated damages, compensation, damages, etc.) for damages resulting from delayed delivery.

Courier delivery of products ordered on gabroni.com is carried out exlusively by Gabroni Ltd.'s contracted parner, GLS Hungary Kft.

We dispatch our products on business days, between 8 a.m.-7 p.m. If the customer would like to receive the ordered products between 7 p.m.-8 p.m. on business days, it must be indicated in the order. Weekend delivery cannot be requested.

Gabroni Ltd. sends a notification right before dispatch commences. Current delivery status and location of the ordered products can be requested from Gabroni Kft. by email; order reference number must be stated.

The courier makes two attempts to deliver the ordered products. At the first failed attempt, the courier leaves his contact information on the delivery address provided by the customer. It is the buyer's responsibility then to contact the courier as soon as possible. At the second vain attempt, delivery is considered failed and results in immediate termination of contract between the buyer and Gabroni Kft. A notice of termination of contract will be sent to the buyer. In case of failed delivery, Gabroni Ltd. reimburses the purchase price already paid by the customer.

7. Payment methods and conditions

Method of payment can be choosen from the options offered at the time of ordering. Products ordered can be paid for in cash (cash on delivery), by credit card and by online bank transfer.

Conditions of using these payment methods are as follows:

Cash (COD) payment can be chosen only for deliveries within Hungary, for HUF payments, with a limit of 25 000 HUF per order. The  limit specified includes the purchase price, shipping costs and the cash on delivery fee. In case of cash payment, the purchase price of the product, the shippings cost and the COD fee must be paid in full. The COD fee is indicated in the 'Shipping costs, fees and other conditions' chart.

Bank transfer payment can be chosen regardless of total value, to every delivery destination included in Gabroni Kft.'s delivery area, and for both HUF and EUR  payments. Gabroni Ktf. sends its bank account numbers to the customer in the automated notification and the official order confirmation, but they can also be seen on gabroni.com (Imprint). In case of bank transfer, the customer - indicating in the message heading the reference number provided in the automated notification -  must transfer to Gabroni Ltd.'s proper currency account the purchase price and shipping cost of the products ordered. In case of bank transfer payment, the delivery of the ordered products commences only after receipt of the total amount.

Online credit card payment can be chosen regardless of total value, to every delivery destination included in Gabroni Kft.'s delivery area, and for both HUF and EUR  payments. When paying online by credit card, the customer must pay the purchase price and the shipping cost at the time of ordering, via the bank system providing online bank card payment for gabroni.com. Failed payment transaction means unsuccessful order.

8. Ordering process

Buying on gabroni.com does not require registration. Registered customers can eneter gabroni.com using their email address and password.

Selection of products is done by entering the number of items and clicking on the 'add to cart' icon. Basic setting is always 1 piece. The number of products can be increased/decreased when reviewing the contents of the basket. The content of the 'basket' can be revised, modified and deleted any time before placing the order.

The customer then has to provide the delivery address and billing information and select the method of shipment from the options provided.

After checking the information provided and the number of items chosen, order can be finalised by clicking on the 'Order' link.

Gabroni Ltd. immediately sends an automated notification about the incoming order and the information provided, so that the customer can check the details of the order. The automated notification includes the order's reference number. Gabroni Ltd. keeps record of orders under their reference number indicated in the automated notification. After the automated notification, Gabroni Ltd. sends an official confirmation of order within 48 hours of receipt of order.

Contract between customer (registered or non-registered buyer) and seller (Gabroni Ltd.) enters into force with the official confirmation.

9. Modification or Cancellation of Order

The customer can modify or cancel his/her order placed on gabroni.com any time before delivery commences, but has to notify Gabroni Ltd. by email about the requested modification or cancellation, clerarly indicating the order's reference number. Gabroni Ltd. sends a notification to the customer about commencement of delivery - send date of this notification is the date of commencement of dispatch. After the commencement of dispatch, the order cannot be modified or cancelled, only withdrawn.

Gabroni Ltd. sends an official confirmation within 48 hours of receipt of the modicifation/cancellation request, which contains modified data of the order or acknowledgement of cancellation. This official confirmation constitutes termination of contract between Gabroni Ltd. and customer, as of date of confirmation. 

In case of reducing an order, Gabroni Ltd. reimburses the price difference between the original purchase price and shipping cost already paid in by the customer, and the modified purchase price and shipping cost. In the event of cancellation, Gabroni Ltd. reimburses the total purchase price.

The order cannot be extended; extension can be done only by placing a new order.

10. Complaints, cancellation

Gabroni Ltd. accepts full responsibility for the customer's orders until the successful delivery of the products. In case the dispatched products are faulty, incomplete or damaged, the customer must notify Gabroni Ltd.'s customer service by email (Reclamation) within 24 hours of recepit of the products. Gabroni Ltd. is not obliged to accept complaints submitted after this deadline. Gabroni Ltd. examines the received complaints in 8 working days, during which it may request additional information from the customer by email. Gabroni Ltd. sends a notification about the result of the revision of the complaint. In case Gabroni Ltd. accepts the complaint, it changes the faulty or damages product or replaces missing ones after sending the notice, within the shipping deadline, at its own cost.

Following the receipt of the goods, Gabroni Ltd. cannot accept shipment-related complaints.

The customer can withdraw from purchase without justification, within 15 working days of receipt of the products. The customer must notify Gabroni Ltd. of his/her intention of withdrawal in writing, by email or by postal mail. Withdrawal must be considered validated within deadline if the customer sends his/her statement before the expiry of the deadline. The contract between Gabroni Ltd. and the customer expires on receipt of the statement of withdrawal, of which Gabroni Ltd. notifies the customer. In case of withdrawal, the buyer must return the product(s) immediately, in undamaged and complete condition, in a protective wrapping. Gabroni Ltd. is obliged to repay the purchase price and delivery cost valid at the time of ordering within 30 days of receipt of the products. Gabroni Ltd. is not obliged to repay the full purchase price if the returned products are damaged or incomplete. Gabroni Ltd. may claim for refunding of damages resulting from misuse of the product. Cost of returning the product(s) in case of withdrawal are to be paid by customer.

Under the provisions of Government  Decree 17/1999. (II.5.), right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases: for personalized products, for products that were made as instructed or expressly requested by the customer, or for products that - by their nature - cannot be returned.

11. Restrictions

Restriction means that Gabroni Ltd. is not obliged to fulfill its contractual obligations (eg.: commencement of delivery) until the customer has complied with his/her contractual obligations (eg.: paying the total amount  payable in case of bank bank transfer).

Gabroni Ltd. has the right to restrict those customers'orders who make only partial payment after choosing bank transfer. In this case, order status becomes pending, of which Gabroni Ltd. sends a notification. Partially completed orders remain pending for 8 calendar days from receipt of order. Should the remaining amount not appear on Gabroni Ltd.'s bank account within this deadline, contract between Gabroni Ltd. and the customer will be considered terminated a day after the deadline, of which Gabroni Ltd. sends a notification. In case of such termination, Gabroni Ltd. repays the amount already paid by the customer.

Gabroni Ltd. may restrict or in certain cases refuse orders of customers who - after choosing 'paying by cash' (COD) - did not take over the ordered product on the delivery address they had provided in the order.

Gabroni Ltd. is not obliged to execute orders if it has sufficient reason to believe that the order is directed against Gabroni Ltd., that it can jeopardize its operation in any way or precludes/undermines Gabroni Ltd.'s satisfactory performance of the contract. In case of a refused order, Gabroni Ltd. repays the purchase price and the shipping cost paid by the customer at the time of ordering. Instead of an official confirmation of refusal, Gabroni Ltd. sends a notification to the customer within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Gabroni Ltd. is not obliged to give reasons for the refusal of the order.

12. Invoice

Gabroni Ltd. issues to the customer a detailed invoice of every purchase made on gabroni.com. The invoice issued for every purchase is bilingual - Hungarian and English. The customer normally receives the invoice with the ordered products, in the package. However, the customer may provide a billing address that is different from the delivery address. In this case, Gabroni Ltd. sends the invoice to this address, by postal mail. Accordingly, postal costs must be paid by the customer.

13. Repayment

In case of termination or modification of contract between Gabroni Ltd. and customer, or refusal of order, Gabroni Ltd. fulfills its obligation of repayment under the following conditions.

Gabroni Ltd. has repayment obligation if the customer has already fulfilled his/her payment obligation fully or partially prior to termination or modification of contract or refusal of order.

Gabroni Ltd. fulfills its repayment obligation within 30 days of termination of contract, or - in case of a refused order - date of notification of refusal.

If the customer exercises his/her right of withdrawal, Gabroni Ltd. - in accordance with Government Decree 17/1999 (II.5.) - fulfills its repayment obligation within 30 days of receipt of the ordered products returned by the customer.

The customer may choose between bank transfer or postal order. In case of postal order repayment, the fee of dispatch shall be payable by the customer; the fee is deducted from the amount to be repayed.

14. Notifications, confirmations

Notification is an email sent by Gabroni Ltd. to the email address provided by the customer. Notification is sent every time Gabroni Ltd. wants to notify its customers about important administrative measures or when the customer needs to take administrative measures. Notification is always sent in the following cases:

  • Registration - about the link necessary for activating registration.
  • Ordering - about receipt of order details provided by the customer.
  • Modification or Cancellation of Order - about commencement of dispatch of products.
  • Delivery - about commencement of delivery, delay in delivery time, and - in case of failed delivery - of termination of contract.
  • Limitation of order - about refusal of order or pending orders.
  • Complaint - about the result of the review of the complaint.
  • Withdrawal - about receipt of the purchaser's declaration to withdraw from an order.
  • Bank transfer payment - about receipt of the amount transferred.


Confirmation is an email sent by Gabroni Ltd. to the email address provided by the customer, which imposes legal effects: either establishes contract between Gabroni Ltd. and the customer, or terminates it.

  • Ordering - about establishment of contract between Gabroni Ltd. and customer.
  • Modification or Cancellation of Order - about establishment of a new contract between Gabroni Ltd. and the customer in case of modification; about termination of previous contract in case of cancellation of order.

Gabroni.com's newsletter service is available to everyone. Registered customers can request this service at the time of registration or when modifying their customer data. Non-registered customers can subscribe for the newsletter on gabroni.com by entering their email address.

Customers can unsubscribe from the newsletter service at any time either by clicking on the 'unsubsrcibe from newsletter' link provided in the newsletter, by sending an email or postal mail to Gabroni Ltd.'s customer service, or - in case of registered customers - by data modification.
